What it is.
The magician distributes the many small stacks of cards from the deck to the spectators for shuffling. Each person shuffles the cards. These stacks of cards are reassembled into a complete deck. The entire deck is thoroughly shuffled. Each person is asked to take a mental snapshot of the carefully mixed deck. The spectator then randomly selects a set of cards from the pile, shuffles them, and places the pair on a pile on the table. The remaining cards are discarded. This continues until the deck is exhausted. The cards chosen and turned over by the spectator indicate that they have divided themselves into Red and Black. As an exciting ending, the discarded cards are also divided into red and black. Everything can be checked.
Method
The first thing that happens after this amazing effect is that Danny immediately teaches you this amazing trick. Chaos Oil and Water is very easy to do. If you can deal cards to the table, you can do it. Even though it looks like the deck has been shuffled by your spectator, all the cards are completely under your control. Surprisingly casual handling is the hallmark of Danny's work, and this is a hands-on session that looks like the King of Chaos.
Why.
Danny is here to reveal the true secrets of chaos. Danny will introduce you to lateral thinking so that you can break the expected patterns in your audience's minds. Lateral thinking is a weapon used by magicians to lead their audience into a myriad of traps that you can use to surprise them. Based on this, Danny teaches his on-screen students and you how to activate the subconscious mind of your audience. Learning to guide spectators to their own conclusions can be a powerful tool for chaos magicians to create incredible card tricks.
The Chaos Project is a year-long course designed to learn some of the most devious methods and principles that make Danny D'Ortiz's magic so deceptive. Lesson 7 teaches you the mental judo that Danny uses to confuse the world's assorted magicians. Embrace the chaos with Dani DaOrtiz in Lesson 7 of The Chaos Project.
