Hjalmar Stolpe was an archaeologist who excavated the Viking city of Birka. During these excavations, he came across a mysterious amulet - The Eye of Odin. This amulet was said to have the ability to predict the future.

The mentalist or magician introduces a amulet from out of his pocket telling the spectators that he bought it as a souvenir when he was travelling abroad. He ask if anyone has a favourite country, place or city they would like to visit. The amulet is placed back in the pocket and a random country is chosen from a deck of cards showing cards with flags and countries on them. The performer is able to guess what country they picked from the deck.

The performer then reaches into his pocket and removes the amulet once again - this time calling attention to the back. Engraved into the back of the amulet is the favourite country named earlier. But that's not all! The spectator's name is also engraved into the amulet. The performer can display it to the audience.

Inspired by Al Korans classic routine but with a new method that makes it possible to show and feel the inscription on the back of the amulet.
