Here's the effect:   A participant deals from one of two decks of their choice and stops at a completely free point and the performer is able to immediately prove he knew the playing card that the participant would stop at.  And that's it.  Nothing else.

The performer never needs to touch the cards!
Both decks are examined and are completely ordinary.
The decks can be used for other effects or even given away!
The decks do not contain any special or prepared cards!
Nothing extra is used!
No switches!
