And, yes, if based on the blurb you surmise that this has something to do with d *** r **** * *, you'd be correct. Sort of. Pardon this old phrase, but it is certainly like saying Moby Dick is about a whale. What Kenton has done with the subject is far beyond the basics.

This 98 page PDF is broken into two sections. The first is entitled \ "Subliminal Kentonism \" and the second is \ "Secret Meditation Technique. \" I can not really divulge any more than that without giving away the details of the workings, but I will say that the second section takes its inspiration from an old Al Mann routine. A more detailed list of the PDF's contents are in the ad blurb, which, despite some hyperbole, reasonably represents the contents.

Also, I can say that Kenton teaches some new skills or, at least, they may be new skills to you, to use in conjunction with the basic concept. Therefore, it may take a bit of practice to get it down.
