Effect: Spectator takes a pencil and closes their eyes. They begin writing on a note pad with whichever hand they normally would not use. (e.g. a right hand person would write with their left hand). The person scribbles andscribbles until the page is almost completely covered in scribble.

Opening their eyes the notepad is closed and placed down onto the table.

They are now asked to select a playing card from a deck of cards or from an imagery deck. If you like, they could think of an ESP symbol or really anything that you would like.

You turn the pad over and ask them to stare at what they have scribbled.

You ask them to concentrate on their card or what even it was that you had them think about. As they continue to stare at their scribbling, the image of what they are thinking about will start to slowly appear to them from within their scribbling.
