Transpost

The magician selects a mystery card as a prediction and marks it with a signed post-it flag. The mystery card is then lost into the deck and the spectators select a card (it can be signed, too). Their card is lost in the pack as well. The magician then makes the mystery card appear and reveals it to be their selected card! Now spectators can examine everything!
Detailed explanation (about 20 minutes) of the basic trick as well as a variation of the main effect.
In the variation, after the selected card is lost into the deck with some cuts, the magician gives the deck to spectators: either they can find their selected card and they can see that it has the post-it on top or they can find the mystery card and, when they turn it over, they can see that it is the selected card! ( this variation fits perfectly for live performances because you can involve spectators )
